- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit WILL BE applied toward your final balance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- ALL NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION PRIOR TO SERVICE.
- Must be 5-7 years of age OR OLDER to be serviced.

- Full payment is due at the time of service, NOT AFTER.
- We accept payments through credit/debit cards, physical cash, APPLE PAY, Zelle, and CashApp (\$20 fee applies for CashAPP payments..

- Hair by Semajae is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for a resolution.
- We do not offer refunds on completed services. Price Adjustments may be provided at the stylist’s discretion.
